If informal resolution fails, parties will engage in mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre before pursuing other remedies.
Arbitration
Disputes not resolved through mediation will be settled by binding arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Singapore.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
- Immediate termination for material breach after 15 days to cure
- Immediate termination for violation of prohibited activities
- Upon termination, fees for services rendered remain payable
- Confidentiality and intellectual property provisions survive termination
- Access to services and materials terminates upon agreement end
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time:
- Material changes will be communicated through website notice or email
- Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance
- Users who disagree with modifications should discontinue service use
- Version history and effective dates are maintained
- Ongoing service agreements may be subject to previously agreed terms
